Shipping

Domestic shipping (Egypt): delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on the zone. Domestic shipping fees are EGP 60.

International shipping: delivery takes 5–10 working days depending on the zone. International shipping fees are equivalent to USD 50. A tracking number is provided for international orders. Shipping fees may change according to weight and destination; customers will be notified by email within 24 hours of placing an order if this applies.

Refunds & exchanges

Refund and/or exchange is available for domestic orders only, within 14 days of receiving an order, when the item is returned new, unused, unstained, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Jayda Hany may deny an exchange where an item does not meet these requirements; the item will be returned and return costs will be charged. Domestic online refunds take up to 14 working days. In the rare case of a faulty item, Jayda Hany covers the return cost. Refunds and exchanges are not offered for international orders.

Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
