Refund & Exchanges

Refund and/or exchange is available for domestic orders only, within 14 days of receiving an order. Items must be new, unused, unstained, returned in their original packaging, and include all original tags.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Jayda Hany may deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet these requirements; the item will be returned to the customer and return costs will be charged. Domestic online refunds take up to 14 working days.

Jayda Hany covers return costs for faulty items. International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
