What is Refund & Exchange Policy ?

Refund and/or exchange service is available for domestic orders only • Refund and/or exchange service is available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the ordered item is in the same new condition it was received in. • To be eligible for refund or exchange, your item must be new, unused, and unstained. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. • In the case of Refund and/or exchange, the customer will be charged for return shipping costs. • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items to Jayda Hany • Jayda Hany has the right to deny exchange if the item does not meet policy requirements. The item will be returned to customer, and the customer will be charged for return costs. • If 14 days have gone by since placing an order, refund and/or exchange request will be denied. • Domestic online refund takes up to 14 working days. • In the rare case of receiving a faulty item, Jayda Hany will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product. • Refund and/or exchange service is not offered for international orders.
